For Travel Purchases
Each trip is subject to its own cancellation and/or refund policies, which are indicated during the booking process.

For Membership Purchases
The annual membership fees for Zenith Zing will be refunded 100% if requested within 14 days, provided that the membership has never been used.

To request a refund for a Zenith Zing membership, simply submit a support ticket from within the Virtual Office.

Refund Procedure
The user must provide the necessary information to initiate the refund process. The support team will review the request and respond within 15 business days.

Policy Modification
Subscription Pro Services LLC reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice, and changes will not affect ongoing refund requests.
